Managing roads, drains and verges on a prestigious Private Residential Estate.

Hutton Mount is a private Estate with approximately 500 houses and 24 roads. These roads are not maintained by the Highway Authority. Consequently, the Estate Management Team are responsible for organising the maintenance of the estate roads and paths.

WP&C has been appointed to act as “Estate Engineer”. This work includes carrying out safety checks – preparing schedules of work – going out to tender – appointing contractors and overseeing any upgrades to the roads and drains.

As a specialist Project Management team, we offer a proactive approach based on 15 years experience of the often complex issues which can prevent a successful adoption process.

Acting on behalf of the developers, we are able to negotiate with Local Authorities, Utilities Companies, Solicitors and Contractors to work towards successful adoptions thus reducing the Bond commitments on the development.

We have gained a wealth of experience in implementing Sections 38 Road Adoptions, Section 278 Off site road adoptions, Section 104 – Drain Adoptions, Sections 104 – Pumping Station Adoptions and Section 106 – Public Open Space adoptions.
