Co-ordinating the build of a brand new medical centre in Chelmsford, Essex

As part of the Chelmsford garden community masterplan, a new NHS health centre is being built at the 8,000 home Beaulieu Park development, in north east Chelmsford. Countryside and L&Q, the developers of Beaulieu, have appointed us client representative overseeing the build of the new Beaulieu Health Centre which will span 815.8sqm and will house GP-led services delivered by a variety of healthcare professionals such as advanced nurse practitioners. The building will also be BREEAM excellent and designed to be Net Zero in operation with solar panels and smart management systems.

Reporting to Countryside who commissioned the build, we have been working with the design team, health & safety officials and contractors ensuring everything is going smoothly and to schedule.
